Seva Kendra Arunachal East, the social service wing of the Diocese of Miao, launched its new Tailoring Unit & Shop in Miao town on 8th September 2026 to create sustainable job opportunities and promote self-reliance among local young women and youth trained at the center.
Shri Konlung Mossang, SIB Miao, officially inaugurated the unit, and Fr. Peter, Parish Priest of Christ the Light Cathedral, Miao, invoked blessings for the new enterprise.
In his address, Shri Mossang commended Rt. Rev. George Pallipparambil, Bishop of Miao & Founder of Seva Kendra, for his visionary initiatives in empowering rural youth and women.
