07 August 2025: Feast of St. John Mary Vianney, Patron Saint of All Priests celebrated in Miao Diocese on 4 August 2025.
The priests of the Diocese of Miao came together at Christ the Light Shrine, Miao, to celebrate the Feast of St. John Mary Vianney with great solemnity and joy. The celebration began with a solemn Holy Mass presided over by our beloved Bishop George, who highlighted three key virtues of St. Vianney that every priest should embrace: a deep love for prayer, a sincere love for the sacraments, and an unwavering love for the people.
The celebration also included a heartfelt felicitation by our seminarians, a warm welcome to the newly ordained priests of the diocese, a fruitful group discussion, and, of course, the much-awaited traditional volleyball match between the Miao Fathers and the Seminarians.
